About us:
Sigrist Homes is an In-Park dealer of manufactured homes specializing in the upgrading of
existing mobile home parks and communities. After acquiring and disposing of older
mobile homes, we reclaim and redevelop the space. A brand new Energy Star
manufactured home is then ordered for that particular space with upgrades that both
compliment the park and help insure a happy ownership experience.
Frank Sigrist, president of Sigrist Homes, is a mobile home park owner and manager
himself. This has given him the unique dealer goal of learning not just what sells, but
what makes people happy they bought. As an active park manager, he sees many of his
home-buyers on a very regular basis. A personal pride goes into each of our homes from
the specifications ordered and set-up, to the exterior finishing and accessory construction.
At Sigrist Homes, we also have a big focus on giving back to the community. We work with
different charity organizations to help them reach their goals. For our fundraising efforts,
Frank Sigrist was awarded Man of the Year 2008 from the Leukemia & Lymphoma

We are proud to be an authorized dealer for Karsten and Skyline manufactured homes as
well as LCH Park Model recreational homes.
